Default What are you guys using to tune.

Gonna go get a C6 in a month and plan on ordering full exhaust for it, headers, and runnin a 150 wet shot. But what are the tuners using to tune the C6. Are they using LS1edit for now. Also anyone put the LG cam in the LS2 yet. What kinda results are they getting from it...

I don't think you would see much difference tuning with just full exhaust and nos but with a cam it would be good to tune and more noticable difference.

When you use tuning software you see the best results from tuning when your engine is modded more than intake and exhaust. Unless forced induction. Just when stock or real close to stock there isn't much to tune cause not much changed, unless the company really detunes there cars for sale then you might unlock its true potential. Just my 2 cents.

I have LS2 Edit for tuning.
I think there is room for improvement on a stock C6. The stock tune is really "soft".
Mine only had 19 degrees total advance at WOT.
The fuel trims are way positive, too.
I had one come in yesterday, but it was a new calibration that I couldn't read.
I did scan it though. It had + 20 or more fuel trims, 5 degrees of knock retard and only 15 degrees of timing.
I got my LS2 update today, so I'll tune this car next week and see what we can do.

5 degrees knock retard from the factory??!! What gas do you use?

Even 91 that rich and only 19 degrees timing should not have issues.
