2k4 Z06 5th gear question

2k4 Z06 5th gear question
Pulled off the tun using EFI Live for my boss ( friend also )
While going through checking everything I ran across this in the rev limiters. Is this normal or a big OOPS by GM?
NOTE 5th gear at 8000????
Not positive if the Z06 can take 8 grand stock during a run, but if just messing around reving the engine in 5th could have done some damage?
Sure glad efi has the 2d and 3d charts made something like this stick out big time.
Resetting to the same as the rest of the gears.

The ETC Controlled RPM completely Opposite of what the Fuel Cut-off Limit was, 5th gear again completely different then the rest?
I know my SS and GTO dont do have this 5th gear difference?
