If you're going to put in a cam then put in a CAM!
The gain would be OK. The 2002-2004 Z06 cam specs are; 551 in/547ex
208/211 dur @.50 117.5 lsa Since you're going to all that expense try something like .222/.224 @ .50 .575/.582 in&ex on 115 lsa. Good low end torque. smooth idle, not the highest topend HP, but who lives up there anyway with a daily driver.
