Will the LS2 manifold bolt right up to an LS6 head and is the LS7 manifold any different than the LS2?
Yes, the LS2 manifold will bolt up to an LS6 head, but initial results have shown that the LS6 manifold is a significantly better intake (atleast for 346CI applications). The LS7 manifold is setup for a different head (C5R style head) and will not bolt up to an LS1/2/6 style head.
The LS2 cylinder head is the LS6 cyllinder head. The LS2 uses the first camshaft design from the first Z06's. If it used the LS6 405hp cam, the power would increase.

Significantly better? Whos results are we talking about and where can I find em? Thanks

There was a link posted in a thread several weeks ago comparing a LS6 to a LS2 to a LSX. The LS6 did pull on the LS2 over the graph, especially the midrange where the torque increase should be noticably improved, but I wouldn't call it significatly better. LPE is also preaching up the LSX on their 402 LS2 package and the TT packages.
