Hello to everyone.. Proud owner of C6 w/ Z51 and mn6... Looking into induction system..I have heard of the Vortex Rammer, SLP Blackwing, and Callaway Honker systems for the C6..Which one is the best? I want the most power. Price not much of an issue since neither is so much more or less in $. I want the one that i going to give me the best results........... OR am I just being bamboozled here.. Do these things really work or not? I hear "so much more power" then I hear "it's a scam." Please anyone that has any type of induction system on their C6, let me know if you think it really boosted the performance of your C6.. Was it worth the money or not? I don't want to but I am interested to hear anyone's feedback on their C6 induction system.. I am ready for a little more power..Thank you all in advance
If you go back and read previous post you will discover that these products have produced no rwhp. Jim Hall from Halltech just refunded deposits after realizing the intake does not work..Unlike previous models, the LS2, at this point is hard to beat. Put on some Kooks headers for 30 rwhp....a better bang for your buck.
The jury is still out on the blackwing and the honker. When they get released and we get real world results then we will know. Results are certainly mixed on the vortex and obviously the stinger didnt work out. I know I want some induction sound so I am on the hunt as well. I still believe that there will be something there to be had when it gets figured out.

Crabman....The answer is in the tuning. Rumor is that Halltech will offer his system with some type of tuning (LS2 edit) or something like it. The pcm will not accept air intakes as is, it needs to be re-educated.
Yep, Im probably going to wait till I return from AK in November and get the intake, headers, and tuning in one shot. Things should be sorted out by then. I do have an appointment next week to get 3.90s put in so that will be a step in the right direction.
