factory service manual rocket/spring replacement
I'm looking to do some engine work, but am having a problem locating a factory service manual. I have done some forum searches, and know that Helm produces the OEM manual, however, it doesn't seem to be available yet to the general public. I am going to be replacing the rocker arms and springs, so any information would be appreciated. I know that special tools for the springs for keeping the valves up are sometimes needed when using a standard spring compressor. Does anyone know where I can get a service manual either online, or in person???? Also, can anyone confirm the spark plug gap? Thanks!!

Look at Ken Fitchner's weekly letter http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show...46&forum_id=71
In there you will find contact info for his parts dept. That guy can hekp you out with the manuals. There has been an issue with their release being delayed.
