Relay 46
When I first got my 6 speed in Oct 04, I didnt put in it reverse one time , so - dead battery. Charged it up and so far, and I only drive it on the weekends, so good. After reading about relay 46, I opened my fuse box and looked at relay 46, read it was for a headlamp washer or something I don't have. But before I pull it out , I'm wondering how many members have done it with no ill effects. I'm just curious..

I pulled it out two weeks ago - no ill effects - although mine is an automatic and I've never had any battery issues. When I pulled the relay it was warm to the touch but I didn't know if that was due to engine bay temps or not. Engine had been off for 6 hours before I pulled. I'd be curious to hear if anyone pulled the rely with the engine stone cold and if the relay was warm. Anyway - pulled it and nothing bad has happened.
