I have about 4K miles, and three track events on these alignment specs, and it has worked well for me:
Camber: -1.5 front, -1.2 rear
Toe: 1/16 total in front, 1/8 total in rear
caster: 7.5 deg.
This amount of negative camber might be a wear factor if you do strictly street driving. But track events will be the limiting wear factor for me, so it's not a concern. My tires are Michelin PS2, 265/35 front, 295/35 rear, all 18" Champion Motorsport wheels.

That suggestion seems to be pretty consistant with how we have been setting them, other that I don't like the way the rear feels with toe in and I will get unmercefully flamed if I suggest toe out in the rear, so we usually set the rear at Zero toe. BTW, On Toe I'm talking inches not degrees. Camber and Caster are in degrees.
However, If you are running run flat tires, then I would back off those Camber settings by 1/2 degree or you will prematurely kill your tire's inside shoulders. You could then consider putting in 1/2 degree more caster to help with front camber in turns.
