NAV Problem.

NAV Problem.
When I took delivery of my C6 3 weeks ago the dealer forgot to give me the NAV DVD. He mailed me one a week later and when I installed it all I was getting was snow when I went into NAV mode. All the options are there, ADD WAYPOINT, etc., but there is no map. It looks like the display on a TV without an antenna. The dealer sent me another NAV DVD and I get the same problem. All the other features of the radio work fine, XM, etc.
The NAV DVD part number I have is 10390370 Version 3.0.
My question is: Did the dealer supply me with the correct DVD, is this the latest version?

I just checked mine and it is PN 10381886 Rev-1. There's another number under Rev-1, it is 464210-6250.
