Can I install kooks headers myself?

I was planning on doing it together with my dad (25+ years of mechanic experience). That I am aware of, his garage has 1 jack, 4 jackstands, and 2 ramps. And of course assorted tools.
Will this be enough? Are there any special tools to complete the job? Time is not really a factor, I enjoy working with my dad so if it's a weekend project then all the better (I've got another car I can drive in the meantime). Thanks,
