I received my C6 Stinger last Saturday and installed it that evening. Took it for a test drive afterwards and I could feel the difference. Here are some pictures. I will be getting a dyno tune on July 7th.
Did it feel like a nice difference or just minimal and was it pretty much only in the higher rpm's.I want to get an intake but I dont want to throw away 400 bucks if its only for 3 to 5hp.Where did you get yours and how much?

SSCamaro, Nice intake, Im getting that intake in a few days. I have a question? Is that the stock primary cover that you have over the SSM intake? If it is, I was wondering if it is necessary to have it on.

I just installed mine as well this last weekend. Hard to judge SOTP but mine feels like it pulls a bit harder as the rpm's increase. Down low, below say 4000rpm, it feels the same to me.

According to the ECM data mine went from 359 max tq stock to 373 max tq with the Stinger. All runs were made on the same day so they should be a good comparison. The heat down here is really killing the power on the car right now. The stock numbers back in March were around 385 max tq.
One of the things I really like about the Stinger is the ease of installation.
BTW my baseline dyno numbers on a Dynojet were SAE 344.4 rwhp and 339.4 rwtq. Which makes the ECM data runs made back in March show right what the dyno results were SAE corrected.
I'm guessing that many of the intake systems will show much better gains when the fall cool weather arrives, thats when they really do there work.Sucking in 90 plus degrees of heat and humidity isnt exactly perfect conditions. I just ordered mine last night and Halltech has been very helpful emailing me back.Great customer support. I have a corvette dyno day in south florida this saturday to see before and after results.Ill post my numbers sunday.

What is the "stock primary cover" you talking about? What you see in the picture from the TB front is all from Halltech. Everything stock in front of the TB is removed. You must use the stock MAF.
