I would go with Andy at A&A. Ask around and you'll hear nothing but great things about him. Currently there's a huge hubub going on about how ATI kinda screwed a&a and ECS over with regards to their C5 kits. All that kind of left a bad taste in my mouth with regards to ATI. Andy is switching over to using Vortech blowers while ECS is switching to Paxton. I'd recommend taking a look at paxton blowers as well since they're self contained and lubricated (they use ATF I believe), and you wouldn't need to drill a hole in your oil pan to run oil into the blower. This makes it a whole lot easier to return your car to stock if the need arises.
But between ATI and a&a, I'd go a&a hands down.

This thread is from the C6 FI section.... not pretty.
).But, if you go just by this forum and the experiences with the c5, and if you're sold on going with the ATI, then Andy @ A&A wins hands down as between his efforts and those of ATI. Perhaps ATI will be different for the c6, but for the c5 the stories were legion about ATI's poor customer support and tons of extra money, time, and hassle spent by the first folks to go with a kit directly from ATI. And when I say first folks, I don't mean one or two. I mean many, and it took a long time for the kits to become dependable, with all the credit going to forum vendors rather than ATI themselves.
Of course, as accurately pointed out above, Andy might not even offer much on the ATI for the c6 since ATI took an aggressive new position on selling him (and other fine-reputed vendor, ECS) the ATI head unit.
I had a Magnuson on my c5 and was happy. It would not deliver the increases that the ATI did on the c5 and it did require a hood change, but it got me to my point of diminishing return, which was not wanting to do forged internals or break stuff all the time at the track, so the Maggie plus a mild cam was just the ticket. I don't know what the new Maggie will produce, but starting with an extra 50 hp on the c6 over the c5, if the adder of the Maggie is the same (about 100 rwhp non-intercooled, 140 rwhp non-intercooled with cam), then I might well try that again on the c6. I would expect from their one spy picture that again it will require a new hood.
By the way, there's now a c6 forced induction section, and if you look there you will see that so far there's very little posted. I think that reflects the reality that options and information for blowers for the c6 are just in their infancy.
