Default Does adding headers require re-tune?

I have a set of corsas and a halltech and a tune and dyno. If I add headers and cats will I require a new tune? After my original tune and halltech stinger, the car ran seat of the pants great

Require? No. But with any new mod that significantly changes power numbers, a re-tune would be needed to re-optimize your setup. I think re-tuning after headers is what most people would do.

I would recommend a new tune. I did a dyno w/just Magnaflow mufflers, then today did a dyno with 1 7/8" Supermaxx headers added and the car went .5 point leaner. If the tune leaned your A/F ratios you will probably need to richen up a little. Too lean = heat and pressure increase.
