Callaway upgrades
Hello everyone..This is my first post on this board. I have a C6 and am thinking about performance upgrades. I vistited the Callaway tent at the Carlisle show a couple of weeks ago. They showed three levels of performance upgrades. With the third level I think I would be at about 490 horsepower which would put my car somewhere close to the new Z06. Does anyone have any experience with these Callaway upgrades and if so can you share some of your comments. Thanks!

Callaway's stuff is good, but they have to follow Federal EPA guidelines. That means shorty headers, that only gain about 8 HP. Get everything but the headers, then get some LG's or Kooks.

Definitely go with there Double D exhaust, it sounds awesome. But he is right about the rest, go with some kooks headers and more aggressive cam, Callaway is very proud of there stuff and you can reach 500hp with less than half of what they are charging for the so called package. You can push 450rwhp with about 6-7k.
