Simple, we had the same problem except we did it. Answer is to remove the spark plugs before you install the headers or remove the old manifolds. If you hit a plug you can crack the plug and not even know it. It took forever to find the problem.
The torque was the same sorry. These numbers were after about 5 runs in a row. Smoken hot! I'm impressed!
About the spark plug, the owner of the car installed these at his house. Not knowing any better he didn't remove the spark plugs, before the header install. He also said he has only 4 monthes of car interest (working on them) Rookie mistake, I told him as we ate pizza together.
