Default 22"s on a C6 ?

My Uncle Bought a used C6 Vert in Miami With 20"s on the front & 22"s on the back, I Seen the car in pictures but not in person But my father has & Theres 22"s on there rear of that thing! Anyone ever do this with there cars? The pictures i've seen are from my camera phone & there not very good, i wanted to see some good pics

I was thinking of going with 19"s (Front) & 20"s (rear) But now maybe 20"s & 22"s?

Yep. I'd go with orchard tires rather than the really deep cleat type, unless mud bogging is the objective.

I dont think that there are any tire manufacturers that make the correct diameter on a 22" for the Vette. The highest is 19" on the front and 20" at the rear and no more. If you go bigger than that than you're running tires that is bigger than the factory diameter.

Here is the only C6 I've seen with 22's. 20's on the front and 22's in the rear. AVUS AF-501. Looks retarted if you ask me.

But...eventually someone will do this to a new Z-06. It's just a matter of time...

Put me down for a set also! I like the big wheel/tire look to a point. They don't help you go fast but they can look good on some cars/trucks.

Sizes are getting a little crazy through! Every year they get bigger and bigger at SEMA. I wouldn't be surprized to see 29 or 30" at SEMA this year.

Bling, bling usually equals ching, ching...

I'm curious what this would look like in Carbon Fibre wheels. Would actually be lighter than anything else hrm.

22'' on a vette? Reminds me of some rapper that had 20'' deep dish chrome wheels on a Lambo.

given the fact that many vette owners are known for driving slow, then 22's wont hurt the performance because they arent going anywhere. Anyways let people do to their car what they want. To me the less wheels well and tire the better it looks. But that is not the best for performance. The picture with the 22's certainly LOOKS better than the other but is less functional, but if I was one of those slow drivers I'd have 22's all day.

Are those tires, or did someone just strap a belt around those rims?
