I've had no personal experience with either, but the advantage for the willwoods is their cost and the fact that they fit under the stock wheels.
Let us know how you decide.

What are they charging you for the Brembos? I'm asking cuz I know of a shop that could get them for $4K, which I think is a great price. I have Brembo Gran Turismo's on my Mercedes and paid close too $7K. I pulled the trigger on the Wilwoods because they did not require to large of a spacer to fit under the factory wheels...Brembo/Race Technologies and StopTech stated a 3/4" spacer was needed. Also, I did notice the Wilwoods felt lighter in weight compared to my Brembo, being both sets are similar in sizes. I don't see you going wrong with any of the three choices...Good luck
BTW: Here's a pic of my Brembos...hehehe.

Rear
PS: Let me know if you need the contact info of the shop.

Honestly, I first heard about the new Z06 brakes being the best bang for the buck.
But I also heard they are suffering from SOME brake fade. NOt sure how much of that is true but, that the internet for you.
I think the best Bang for the buck, would be the C6 Z51's with some good pads.

Ran the Brembo 4 pots with their two piece rotors in American Iron my rookie year. Very nice caliper. Rigid (modulates well). Was overheating. Went to the Wilwood 4 pot with 13.5" Coleman rotors. Don't overheat. Wilwoods flex more and don't feel quite as great to me. Replacing the pads is not as easy as Brembo (pushing out the pins). That's not big deal for street application...I think 99% of the street guys in the world would be happy with Wilwood...like the 6R caliper for the front of the C6...

Brembo=proven brakes, very stiff caliper, but limited piston sizing (ie brake bias issues)
Stoptech=proven design with a ton of cooling enhancements over Brembo (in calipers AND rotors), custom piston sizing for each application, matching or improving factory brake bias.
I chose Stoptechs originally for my race cars based on performance and price, but I keep going back to them because of their proven performance.
