Removing Grill
Does anyone know how to remove the grill. I know the top is attached with tabs. The bottom seems to be attached with screws. Is that correct? After detaching the tabs and removing the screws, how do you get the grill out? And how do you get at the screws to remove them?

If you are talking about the front grille in the (front) bumper and I believe you are, I already went to my local Chevy dealer and was told by the body shop that the front bumper HAS to come OFF the car to do that. I plan on replacing the front plastic grille for a Chrome OEM style grille from Creative Engine Covers (online) but they haven't announced a price yet. I will try to call them Monday to find out if they have one yet.

About 5 screws holding to the front facia. Put it up on ramps and lower bottom of the facia. remove 4 plastic rivits. 2 each side. connected to lower section of fan schroud. look up and forward for 2 plastic rivits on each side to the front. 4 screws holding that part to the grill section. This is the halltech cold air MOD part. It should be a piece of cake now. 2 of the screws holding the grill to the front facia on each side are a bear to get out. You can buy just the screen kit now for the cold air intake MOD. About 2 Hr in and out.
