Magnetic Drain Plugs
I have a new magnetic drain plug I never got to install on my C5. Does anyone know if the C5 drain plug is the same size as the C6? Tnanks in advance.

I have a C5 mag on my C6, have no idea on why someone stated you need 2 of them though...
remember to buy some of the rubber seals for the base of the plug. (if you change your own oil)...

OOOPPPSS, nevermind about needing 2 drain plugs, I thought i was in the C6 Z06 section, in which from what ive read somewhere in changing the oil, there are 2 plugs to pull to drain the oil, one from the pan and another to drain the reservoir.

it's a GM part as well as aftermarket. Ask your dealer to give you the one for the C5 if he can't find the C6.
Specialty stores like West Coast Corvettes sell them also.

Your dealer should have them. If not, they can order them.
