Widest Tires
I just bout CCW 505a rims(19x12 rear;18x8.5 front). I have from before BFG's KDW2 (original sizes). I think there pretty good and would like to get the same again, but the widest i can get them befor they rub anywhere. Does anyone know whats the widest i can get?

Sorry buddy, but your not getting 19 x 12 from CCW, they only make 19 x 11. I was told that their 19 x 11.5 don't fit the corvette but I want to double check that (John is out until Monday). I am planning on purchasing the same wheels so I am very experienced in this area, or should I say frustrated. If you go with the 19 x 11, John recommends the non-runflat PS2s in 305/30 19s. They are a good fit for that size wheel and handle much better than run flats. You can also go with the Goodyear supercar run flats that come standard on the Z06, 325/30 x 19 but that is pushing the limits of wheel/tire ratio and you will have slight tire bulge (other forum members have posted pics and are happy with their combination). The Z06 wheel is 19 x 12 and handles the 325 just fine. Between the run flats and tire bulge with a 19 x 11, you won't get as good traction with the 325's as you would with the 305s.
