When turning left, I'm hearing a clicking sound that seems to be getting worse. It's at the dealer and awaiting word on what might be causing the noise. Anyone with any experience with this problem?
This has been an indication of the friction modifier needing replacement, hence complete diff oil change, for past cars I have owned. I hope it's that simple.

Thanks. They're also trying to fix a oil leak in the differential for the second time.
I have what sounds like same problem on my '05 that cropped off after 2200 miles. I describe it as a "snapping" sound, and it happens only when I turn hard left, and only after first driving it a short distance. I have appointment to take in to dealer on Monday. Let us know how yours comes out. Hopefully I can use your experience to guide my dealer in the right direction.

I've been told my problem is the star washers are not properly seated on the right front hub. I've asked them to check the 'friction modifier' when they try to fix my differential leak for the second time.
