Default Does anyone Know recommended compression?

I have an 05 z51 6 spd

The car idles really rough in terms of an almost flywheel kind of effect. I wanted to check compression which the dealer is giving me a hard time about doing so wanted to have it done independently and wanted to know what the recommended (range) numbers are for compression. My car has 4447 miles on it.

I have replaced the fuel pressure regulator, both fuel senders, OCLV valve for the fueling assembly ( I know these are not related but just a little history) that just made the car run stronger at idle but even rougher. Additionally the car has the cranking and no starting problem that was mentioned in the fuel feed failure and fix string of posts.

Anyone else with this problem and or recommendations. Help

Minimum compression = 100psi (690kPa)
Cylinder with lowest compression must not be less than 70% of that of the cylinder with the highest compression pressure.

Hope you get it figured out!
