Remote battery terminal

The owner's manual for my C6 said to jump start by using the remote positive terminal under the fuse box cover and to attach the negative to a bolt under the oil fill spout. Is it ok to hook up the battery tender to the same connections??

YUP I do this once a month never had DBS and never want to. Does this help WHO Knows but it can't hurt.
