Mike @ Superchargers4Less just installed an Intercooled, Procharger C6 Kit on my 2005 MN6 ragtop. Kit comes complete and appears to be well engineered. Shoe horns in well. Ed Wright does the computer rework for Procharger and quickly returns the modified computer.
Car has LG Longtubes, high flow cats and Corsa Sports (Really loud if you ask me). DTE Strut next mod when available.
Car runs like the stock C6 until you nail it then the power is mind boggling. Hooking up in 1st and 2nd is really difficult with stock run flat tires. Anyone have suggestions as to replacement tires, with better grip?
As soon as I get an opportunity (after Christmas) I'll have it dyno'd. I live here in SW FL, near Naples. Who's close by. When I figure out this site, I'll add some pics.
I'm in Port St. Lucie Florida and also have the procharger set-up in my 2005 C6 A4. It produced 503 RWHP @ 6100 rpm's for now. Good Luck and Merry Christmas!
I am going to install my procharger in January. Is it fairly easy to install? All of the ad's say 600+Hp with stock engine. Why is no one getting near that?
I've got the LG longtubes and Corsa exhaust, and I agree with you. It is really loud. However, when it is at cruising speed there is no drone. That's amazing to me.

When you start putting down 600+ horsepower you also have to start worrying about other things breaking, like connecting rods and the rear end, not to mention the traction problem. Just be careful on what you wish for, I've seen lots of cars at the track get traction only to rip up stock parts that were'nt designed to handle that much power.
So what is the end of the story? First computer tune was too lean.... boost-a-pump solution didn't compeltely fix either (unless I read wrong). Second computer tune better but still not great....
So, does Procharger really have a C6 "kit" that has safe A/F numbers or is each owner left to trial and error different solutions?
My ATI kit was modified with 21Century Muscle Car parts and you can check out the A/F numbers on the graph... the fuel parts that were different than the stock ATI kit are:60lb moton injectors, kenne bell boost a pump, trail blazer ss 90mm t.b.

I installed an Innovate AF ratio sensor system with gauge. At idle and cruising the ratio remains in the 13- 14.+ region When in WOT AFR drops to the 11's. I am sure that Ed Wright designed the computer mods to be on the safe side.

The second computer tune took care of the lean problem that they were having with his car.
The Boost A pump did take care of the dropping fuel pressure, but it didn't help with the lean air/fuel, which is why they sent the computer back.
All in all I'd say that you would want to double check the fuel pressure and the air/fuel when you are done. the purchase of several gauges would take care of that, if you were to install the ProCharger yourself. I'm glad we had the system installed by a professional, as we would of never known.

Cyberdyne makes digital vac- boost and fuel pressure gauges that will go in a pillar post pod; got mine from egauges.com and innovate. now you can get the AFR innovate gauge from superchargers4less. The innovate gauge is a wideband system; not cheap but worth the $;.
