Tire pressure sensor recalibration
My DIC says 27 lbs. when my manual gauge says 31 lbs.

Mine have always been spot on to one pound off maximum. What kind of gauge(s) are you using?

If all 4 are off by the same amount, your gauge is wrong. If only one is off, that wheel's sensor will have to be replaced. They cannot be calibrated.
