C6 Sway Bar Torque

C6 Sway Bar Torque
Can someone with a shop manual help a brother out? I need to confirm the sway bar bolt torque for the middle bushings (the ones you loosen to swing the sway bar down when removing the exhaust). I read a thread where 49 ft/lbs for the top and 70 ft/lbs for the bottom were listed but he never answered where he got the figures from. Thank you!.... and I know, I need to buy a manual. It'll be in my next order from Fred Bean's.
