Diablo PREDATOR whith less options

guys i have just received my Diablo pedator U7191 2005 Ls2

all what i have in my options is

Catalytic overtemp protection

Injector adjustments

Rev limiters

Fuel table

Rpm Shift Points

Idle

Timing tables

Cooling fan

nothing about

Shift Timing

Shift Pressure

Torque management

Re-Calibrate Speed meter for Gear and Tire Size

need help

Some guys aren't aware that there is a Scan and Tune section. It's hard to find because it isn't listed in the usual options. You have to click on "Corvette Forums" in the upper left of your screen then scan down a few lines to find it.

There is a good discussion going on the Predator over there, "Predator -- Feedback and Results". I don't mean to suggest that you change your thread -- it's just an FYI.

The tq management is not an optional off/on switch. It isn't adjustable in percent. You need to install one of thew two tunes into your car pcm to have it removed. It is a series of tables.

While I agree this should be posted in the section for tuning, the vendors advertising parts here should note that there is a parts section and the guys talking about light bulbs and rims that there is a general topics section and a wheel/tire section for all corvettes.

These items are not available, at least currently, in the final release for the C6. Seems they forgot what actually made the unit popular. I am very disappointed in this and they lost a repeat client. TM is defeated in their custom tune, or so James has offered. (though auto's have some Torque Management in the TCM also, and that appears to have NOT been addressed) Diablo light versus Predator Enhanced IMO.

This is why a dynotune is better IMHO.

Vector here in Mich. charges $ 450 and can adjust everything including TQ mgmnt, etc.

The Diablo is almos that much.

Predator version discrepency?

I completed the update to my unit but at the end the instructions say I should be at version "Predator v.8rXX" but the download is a c.7x. i.e. they don't have the 8.x on their website. Is this just a typo on their part or do I need to find someone that has the 8.x version.

I'd like to update the C6 today so if anyone knows....?
