Quite some time ago someone had their unit done whereby they added a DVD player in their glove box and sent their NAV head unit off for conversion. The place that did it might be these guys:

Check out the Nav system GM offer's on the Caddy STS. It says you can watch DVD's when in PARK. So GM has the hardware, but for some reason held it back from the Vette. Just like Bluetooth. That's a feature I'd really like to have.
