Can someone give the part numbers for front and rear swaybars also I read that the stock end pieces don't work on a magnetic ride suspension as they cause the sway bars to knock into other suspension parts. Any info is greatly appreciated.
Fred Beans has them, go to www.fredbeansgmparts.com and click "search by part number", then type (or paste) in c6z51bars (or c6z06bars) in one of the input fields, select Chevrolet below it and click "Get Parts". This is a kit, with bushings and whatnot.
As I understand the Z51 and Z06 front bars are the same, the Z06 rear bar is heavier. I don't have much data yet on the actual difference in the bars and the differences in handling they would produce. In theory, the heavier Z06 rear bar might reduce understeer and help reduce the slight wriggle I've sometimes felt as my Z51 settles into a curve, but theory often is only a starting point in suspension tuning.
As far as I know, the bar dimensions are the same, and they should fit fine - any problems with rubbing may be due to an installation problem. Sway bars can "wander" a bit in their bushings in some cases.

Not true....I've had mine on since last October and experienced no problems. Make sure you order the new bushings with the sway bars .....Fred's crew will know that though !
