Interior noise after repair - help

Default Interior noise after repair - help
I had a spot painted on the back of my C6. They pulled off the rear to do the job. It seems there is more road noise now that before. Even the mufflers seem louder. I stopped several times to see it in the shop, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't driven. Is there insulation or something in the rear that they may have forgot to put back on ?

I would be almost certain that is what happened. Call the shop and tell them you think they failed to replace some of the 'padding' back in the car where the repairs were completed.
