Default CAGS Question

I just picked up my vr z51 m6 yesterday. Already hate the fact that the car will shift from 1st to 4th. How do you fix this? Is this a do it your self or do I need to take it to a shop? Whats the cost?

$20 for a CAGS eliminator. Almost anyone should be able to put it in. Until you do just run up first gear to 2500rpm and I think you will not engage CAGS.

Goto your nearest Radio Shack and get a pack of 2.2k OHM resistors.Plug one into the CAGS Harness and tape it up with electrical tape. Couple of bucks and you have a CAGS Eliminator. I use it on my '05 MN6.
