Sometimes when I'm going into sharp corners, and I down shift to where the engine is reving around 4k, the engine will "goose", like if I were to dab the gas for a second . Seems to happen with TC/AH more so than in Comp mode, but had it happen in Comp mode yesterday. I actually have to dab the brake for a sec to correct. Has anyone else experienced this or know what it could be (AH/TC issue or emissions rev down ???)?
My Dad's car has a holdover rev when the clutch is depressed too...similar to what you describe. It's going in for h/c pkg and tune next week, and hopefully it will be tuned out.
There is an airflow table that controlls idle characteristics with regard to rpm and speed. The Throttle craker table can be modified to change the decell feel you are describing.
Some custom tuning can minimize this feel. This table is not effected by handling modes.
