You know I have seen this plenty of times in forums, but every bit of research shows nothing, except one tech from chevy saying that this is just a rumor. I can't verify if this will come on the Z06, but it would be plenty stout enough.

It is funny, cause just a week ago, I announced my regret for getting another auto, then today I got stuck in two hours of stop and go traffic, and remembered all again why I went the way I did!

The more power you have the harder it is t control . All the way around .
I know you think you good at shifting but in time it will show And for the Clulch the heat that comes of the flywheel . We had holes in the Steel bell houseing for the heat to get out
I will tell you that I love the new 6 Speed Auto . And all of the Clulch & Flywheel Is in back . You will come out of the Hole Better . In The snow two
Are you for real? Anyway, if so, I believe you may need 1 or 2 more smilies in your post....

That would make the A6 a PERFECT tranny! I do not like the hesitation at all.

Default A6 C6

Anything new for this thread? Upgrading 2005 c6 to the A6? Any feedback from the tuners on results of modification of C6's running the A6?

Yes! Will that happen anytime soon? When will new A6 fluid be produced? That might make a difference. My '06 A6 is my fifth Corvette. After driving manuals for 40 years, I got the A6. I use the paddles exclusively. I like it better than rowing, although I love to shift.

I think some full parameter dyno/track tuning of both the trans and the motor on an otherwise stock A6 C6 would make a world of difference.

I am sure the A6 is not offered in the initial 07 Z06 machines, no indication that it will be offered anytime for the 07.
