Default All Kooks Header Systems are Full Stainless Steel NOW!!!

Dear Forum Members,

Just wanted to let everyone know that we just spoke with George over at Kooks and he informed us that within the next month ALL C5/Z06 and C6/Z06 headers kits will be fully stainless steel from end to end! That's right FULLY STAINLESS STEEL from END to END!

We want to publicly thank Kooks for the great products and service they have delivered to us over the years.

YOUR HEADERS ROCK!!

Thanks again!

Shawn

You mean they weren't fully stainless steel when I bought mine 4 months ago?

Default Clarification

This thread should be read carefully...

Their headers have always been stainless from flange to collector no matter when purchased. The change Kook's made was constructing their mid-pipes and cat pipes from stainless.

1. Their headers have always and will always be stainless.

2. Their catalyst bodies have always and will always be stainless.

3. NOW, all piping after the collector is stainless as well. They used to use aluminized for the mid-pipes.

Turbooo2u,

The headers are fully stainless steel, but the mid-section was not. The systems are now 100% fully stainless steel.

btlfed1500,

You are 100% correct.

RyanC6,

The price increase shouldn't be more than $100.00, but we don't have the newest price sheets as of yet.

Thanks!
