Recently I had driven my car to a local store with no problem. Upon returning to the car the door opened but the car would not start. The FOB was in my pocket with a small cell phone and a set of keys. When I removed the FOB and placed it in the open the car started within about 30 seconds.
In order to test the strength of the FOB battery I placed it in the slot with the glove box and the message received was no FOB recognized. I have not had a chance to take it into the dealer for verification.
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem?
