Driver Seat Removal
I would like to remove the driver's seat in my C6. How do you take the plastic covers off of the front frame mounts?
Also, does anyone else out there find the seat bottom of the C6 to be less padded/comfortable than the C5 was?

There is a plastic "rivet" in the vertical portion of the cover. Use a small tack puller to pry out the center about 1/2" and then the outer portion of the "rivet" can be pulled out of the metal. Then, slide the plastic cover forward while holding down on the base. Hope this helps.

Okay, so my car's got side airbags. What do I do?
The purpose for my exercise is to see if I can add additional padding to the seat center. The padding seems thin relative to the C5 seats, and I wanted to punch it up a bit.
