Looking for info from anyone that has installed the Z06/C6 style spolier on a standard C6. I have removed lenses, nuts from the threaded stems andhad the stockspolier in hand.....
.....the brake lense itself looks molded/glued ? to the spolier housing and I wasn't sure how to remove it and or apply it to the new spoiler.....
This was an item I purchased from Fred bean but it was delivered it had no installation sheet. I called them thinking it would be a simple question or an offer to fax an instruction sheet but instead I got "we don't install these parts so I can direct you on any installation process".......hmmmm,
then he directed me here anyway.
Any help would be appreciated as I simply don't want to break the lense.

tried the search first before I posted but must have been too detailed in my search words....in any case I knew it couldn't be too difficult. Appreciate the links.
you have to remove the screws that hold in the 3rd brake lite; then the mounting screws (4) and re-install them into the new spoiler-be careful not to strip the screw threads as that is the only way I know of to take them out-I used a pr of plyers and just gripped the screw at the base of the rounded piece as you dont need the whole screw length to install the retainer back on to hold the spoiler tight to the body.
Not too tough a job...
Good Luck
