Advice Please
Last week the service tech tore the leather on my parking brake handle while replacing my shifter. According to the service manual, the passenger seat, rear wheels, etc will have to be removed to replace the lever; however, there is a phillips screw located immediately below the handle of the lever on the driver's side beneath the decorative boot. Does anyone know if removing that screw will allow the handle to be replaced?

sounds like a question for pipedreams (i think). he takes these things off to do custom stitching all the time. send him a PM. good luck man
