Im going to the track in an hour or so...just wondering if anyone has any helpful tips on how to get a good launch. I know im not suppose to dump the clutch and am suppose to "ease off" it so to say. But what is the particular RPM that u launch at???

So what technique did you utilize and what were your numbers? Also, what Mods if any and what track? Thanks, hope you did well and didn't let any lightnings (damn trucks) beat you out.
well i left for the track before checking the forums lol, but i definately need to work on my launching and improving my 60' times. This was the first time bringing my c6 to the track, and it was clear that launching this car is far different then my mustang. As far as mods go i have the Corsa Sport and a Halltech stinger, nothing big but thought id let you guys know for the record. Here are the stats from my 3 runs. I'm goin back possibly saturday, but if not, definately next wednesday so i'll keep you guys posted....in the mean time im practicing launching.
