Corsa and random tech make a 3" that will fit your car.

I'd be interested to know if they are 3 inch inside the muffler too.

The 3" X-pipes neck down to 2.5" at the catback joint. If they didn't, you couldn't use the headers/X with the stock exhaust.

The corsas are 3 all the way through. You can just lop of the end of the xpipe for the headers you get and put in a small piece to mate up to a 3" cat back. Piece of cake for any competent exhaust place. Others are the aps cat back which can include cats if you use a header that exits at the start of the stock xpipe. Also I suspect (but havent seen it confirmed yet) that a fellow could bolt up the B&B Z exhaust which is 3 all the way.

The Z06 exhaust joint positioning is different in every direction. The width (pipe to pipe), diameter, and length of the X will need to be modified by a shop equipped to weld stainless.

I should have been more clear. Its a given up front that there is going to be something custom somewhere to bolt these up because the available header setups with a 3" x pipe neck down at the rear of the x to mate up to the stock muffs. So your going to have to mod it there to make the connection to the 3" over the axle/muffler combination like the corsa. On the other hand if you choose a header like the B&B that exits at the stock x to cat connection and bolts up to the stock mid pipe combined with a Z cat back like the B&B then your going to be modding it on that end to mate with the headers. Anything that will bolt up to the Z cant be too far from bolting up to the base car with a little modding because they are both constrained by the same limited physical space. Which would be one last thing that should be mentioned. Not sure if you have enough room for the 3" over the alxe portion to work with an auto. I have not read of it being done at any rate. Its already been done with the stick so we know that works.

Mr. Browning from Corsa told me the 3 inch system will not fit on the A6.
