Default RWHP estimates please?

I know this is beating a dead horse but I searched the forums and didnt see a car exactly the same so figured Id ask. Basicly I ordered gobs of go fast goodies and they are taking FOREVER to get here (pushing a month on the exhaust) so figured Id get a forum dyno from you guys.

With the following what would be your estimates on RWHP and RWTQ?

2006 MN6 Z51
Kooks 1 3/4 LT headers, jet hot coated
Kooks X-pipe, jet hot coated (its ok, checked with jet hot and kooks)
Corsa sport cat back exhaust, quad tips
Vararam intake
Vararam TBS
Ported and Polished TB
Electric Water pump.
Ported stock LS2 intake (was going to go fast but my tuner swears there is an LS2 fast in the pipeline soo....)
Tune for 91 octane

Basicly I'm going to go all out and see what I can pull off with just bolt-ons before I got the head/cam route (which I am going)

Any other bolt ons you guys can think of for my little experiment? The only one I dont really want to put on is the underdrive pully because of the cost and with me popping in a cam next month it would be wasteful.

Here's a 'Bolt off' idea. Remove the valve covers; a.k.a. Plastic Blankets. That will help cool the engine, though, it doesnt look to good with the hood open-

Cool let me know when if you want help.

I have only done the Vararam on mine so far.

What parts are you still waiting for?

Why did you go 1 3/4 if you plan on Heads and Cam later?

Have you considered mixing 3-4 gallons of 100 per tank 6-8 bucks a fill up to make 93 octane?

Here's a dumb question, what do you port and what do you polish on the 90mm TB?

Thanks

Thanks for the offer of help but I'm putting it up on a lift where I work and having the mechanic help me (working in the car business has its perks). I'm still waiting for my vararam and tbs (they are waiting to be shipped since they redesigned them), my ported intake and the corsa sports.

I went with 1 3/4 because the cam/head upgrade will be mild at best. Also Ive yet to see anybody prove on a dyno that 1 7/8" show any gain w/o stepping upto the insane amounts of HP level.

As for the octane question. Nahh I'm going to stick with the nasty 91, to much work and the 100 is not easy for me to get on this side of town. The one place I know of is out of it more than they have it and this is a daily driver.

As for hiznhrz question... Its just like any other P&P TB, intake and exhaust are polished/ported and the butterfly valve. Just a ton of material removed.

We shall see, still waiting on the corsa sports. Knee deep in the 6th week since ordering them (was told 10 business days by vendor lol... yeah). As soon as I get it all on and tuned I'll post the dyno sheets and 1/4.

What do you guys thing about wires and plugs? It seems like alot of the packages you see from aftermarket companys have high perf. plugs and wires?
