Default LS2 TB issues

Trying to find out if anyone has any experience dignosing the LS2 TB.
I installed a FAST intake and LS2 TB on my C5. I purchased a prefab harness to combine the TPS and TB motor into the one plug for the LS2. I am getting TPS sensor codes indicating I don't have the TPS hooked up correctly. I temp. connected my old LS1 TB and the codes went away, so I know it is either the harness or the TB.
Can anyone tell me how to "dignose" the LS2 to see if it might be bad? I am in the process of checking the harness now (after work) but it might be just as easy to check out the TB.
Thanks

When you extened the wires how did you attach them? When i did mine i had the same thing. I had to soder the wires in the extension so the codes would go way. The wires have to read the same oms to not through the codes. Might be the problem it was for me. Good luck. Also i just took the ruber lose at the end of the neck put it where i could see the blad and had a friend run it through the rpm range to make sure the blad was moving and adjusting it self. But this dose not mean that there would not be a problem with the TB.

Can't offer specific diagnostics, but maybe these posts will help:

I needed this info when I was troubleshooting a problem with an LS2 throttle body adapted to an LS1 wiring harness, which I think is similar to your situation.
