Stopped for gas yesterday in my 2006 c6. After fill-up pushed start button - nothing - took fob out of pocket placed it near start button - pushed start - nothing, did this 2 or 3 times. Got out of car got back in placed fob on consol pushed green lighted start button and car started like it should. Could this momentary start problem be caused by some radio frequency interference or is this just a Gremlin that got stuck in a relay? Ha Ha !
I have heard that at SOME gas stations, do to the way their card reader works or is located that can occur. Try other stations or possibly pumps at that station.
It has not happened to me, but I have had DBS 3 times (all at home)
When you tried to start the car but it wouldn't start, was the button green first? If you didn't actually see green, could be your door was still open?

I do not see what open door has to do with it. I start my car most times with door open. (do to DBS problems) No problems
I do not remember if the green light was on the first time it did not start. If it happens again I will check this. I do know the second time after getting out of car the green light was on
