Jet Hot headers, Random Technology X-pipe, hooked to a Z06 Ti catback. I'm sure the catback won't work, didn't know about the headers. I tried a search, w/ no luck.
Even if I could do the swap, I'm sure that the C6 OEM exhaust won't retrofit to a C5 --- so I'd have to find an OEM C5 exhaust setup.
to be honest with you hitman, im about to do the same with my old LG longtubes from my 02Z on my 06 Coupe. I was told that the headers would bolt directly up to the heads and the only areas of concern would be the primaries being close to the oil pan. Also the mounting locations near the merge collectors are vertical on the C6 instead of horizontal like on the C5. Other than that just hack off the flange on the rear X-Pipe and it should fit up to the stock C6 exhaust. Theres no way the C5 cat back exhaust will fit due to muffler locations.
The LS2 heads are the same castings as the C5 ZO6 so they will bolt up.You wont need the air tubes if your LG's have them. Iam curious to hear how they fit, please reply to this thread when you try it.
A couple things I found that do swap over, the front and rear sway bars and the aftermarket tunnel plates.

I've got a complete C5 stock set up for sale cheap - manifolds, cats, midpipe including the gaskets and donuts from my 29,500 mile 2002 C5. Let me know if you need it!
I'm rather doubtful that I will end up doing the swap, as I would need to take both cars off the road, and pay for two swaps. I don't have the garage, lift, or tools needed to do the job myself.
