Default Dyno results

Just got my car back from 21st MC.

05 A4 with the following mods:
DYNATECH headers
LPE cold air intake
LPE heads
GT2 -3 cam
ASP under drive pulley
160 thermostat
2800 stall converter

413 RWHP / 390 RWTQ

I know I left some horsepower on the table with the mild cam and no fast intake, but I wanted the car to sound and idle very close to stock. I am very happy with the results. Thanks to John and his crew.

Thats what's important, you're happy and like the driveability. Others may get more power, but yours will last as long as the car and your driveline is still safe.

Enjoy the extra power

I did the mods in 2 stage. In November I had the headers, CAI, 160, and tune done and it produced 375 RWHP / 369 RWTQ. I did not have the stock dyno done, so I don't have those numbers.

I got the chance to ride in TBONE's car on the way back from the shop! Let me tell you guys that the car sounds close to stock (a little more rumble from the headers, but not very noticeable). There is no noticable cam lope and it pulls VERY STRONG! This is a true sleeper vehicle! I can definitely tell a huge difference from the heads/cam!

Congrats and Enjoy the ride man! <---had to do it!

EDIT: BTW take a look at how flat the torque curve is! Remember it is all about the area under the curve! The torque curve is what impressed me the most. After all, HP is just a function of torque and RPM!

I think the stall will never do well on the dyno's so I'm sure its more like 440 to the wheels.

The graph looks to me like he had the converter locked.
That would likely be about 434hp/410t with a stick.
That looks like a Super Street Combo to me!
Torque Curve flatter than Kansas.
I bet it has awesome drivability.
It will likely out run lots of Dyno Queens showing 450rwhp or better.

John and his crew listened to what I wanted out of the car and made recommendations based on what I told them.

Then when I picked it up, they were excited and kept saying how it pulled and how fast it was. It's nice to see their pride in their work. I wish I had that much pride in my work.

I can't say it enough, I feel great when I go to 21CMC.

Saw your car being put together...congrats on the ride. Mine is going back in August for a little more extreme treatment! Enjoy
