Default I just ordered my Procharger

Here's what I ordered:

Procharger D-1SC
60 lb injectors
Kenny Bell fuel pump booster
Injector extenders
Gauge frame and gauges (boost, fuel pressure)

Additional work:

New Output Shaft
Shift Point

This will be added to my existing setup:

AFR 225 Heads
Cam 224 230 581/592 114 LSA
Underdrive Pulley
Corsa Sports
Dynatech Supermaxx Headers
B&M Sport Shifter
Halltech Stinger w/CAI
160 Degree Thermostat
Tuned

that current produce the following numbers:

HORSEPOWER
TO THE CRANK = 521 TO THE RW = 443.1

TORQUE
TO THE CRANK = 470 TO THE RW = 399.8

I have a 05 C6 Z51, MN6

Everything should be in in about 3 weeks, then the install, tune/dyno. Jeremy Preston will take it down the track for me to see what it will do. Numbers will be posted.

Will the stock C6 brakes be up to the task of this coming hp? Your car will be a monster.

The AFR 225 Heads are too high for the D1 as long as it is high comp and i think you should lower the comp

Exactly you want to drop compression, not increase it.

But your cam is perfect for a blower, high on the exhaust lift and duration.

Andy at A & A milled the heads and the comp is now 10.6:1. spoke with him before selecting the Procharger and he said I would be OK.

It's on the edit bar. By the way, I checked today into upgrading from P1 to D1 and was told by my tuner I would not want to go above 580 RWHP to keep from blowing piston tops. I am going to upgrade blower and block in the winter. Did your tuner mention anything like that?

GM "powder rods" are a weak link for the radical boosted motors, good choice on upgrading the block or at least the proper components!

I upgraded the rods when I did the heads/cam. Use APR (?).

I'm refering to connecting rods, maybe you mean ARP rod bolts or head studs.

The timeline looks like the 3rd week in July. The plan is to have the Procharger installed on 7/19-20 and have it tuned by Mike Norris on 7/21. Look for results then.
