"relocating tire pressure monitors"
I am getting some custom wheels,and my tire monitors will not fit the factory way!
Just wondering if anybody has used the "strapping" method,and of so have you had any problems!

I cut the stems, epoxied them in place and then had the tire shop put a band over them for my wheels. I still had one come loose. On the redo, we used 1/4" wide strips of duct tape and taped the sensor onto the band so that it can't get loose, then rebanded it.
