Default Memory setting issue???

Anyone had any issues with their memory settings not holding? I have been experienceing very eradict behavior since my vehicle returned from the dealer (DBS). Today when I opened the driver's door, the seat indexed to position one without me ever entering the vehicle much less depressing the position 1 button. The exit has been just as crazy.

Please don't hit me with "how to set" statements, I was an electrical engineer in automotive for 11 yrs and have a small grasp of vehicle systems since I designed them for a living. I'm just trying to get a feel for how many, if any, forum members are experiencing the same.

To those with a service manual, the shop said that the vehicle lost g106 (ground) thus causing the column lock solenoid to remain active and draining the battery. I was and remain skeptical with their diagnosis and would love to see the schematic or block diagram for the the system(s) that g106 sinks.

Thanks,

Jz

G106 is the primary ground point for the ECM, TCM, and MAF. I don't see how this would tie in with the SCLM, which is controlled by the BCM. The primary ground for the BCM is G104, while the primary ground point for the SCLM is G201.
