c6 a4 using predator
I've read mixed things on using the diablo predator and how it is not as good as tuning with hp tuners. I also read in some thread that one guy with the predator knoked off .4 off his quarter mile time. Have you guys who tuned their c6 a4's with the Predator found that much gain and was it worth installing? Did you notice less tm?

It is a good starting point if you don't have a local tuner. But you really can not rely on their performance tune. Most guys started with the factory tune did some readings then set it up per their car. This really made world of difference over the GM tune but no where near a true dyno tune. The cookie cutter performance tune works for some but not for all.
If you know how to tune get it. If you don't find a local tuner. I started here and then wanted my trans and my fan set better than the Predator could do.

Johng, thanks for the reply. Kind of what I thought. I do have a local tuner (Larry at Speedinc in Schaumburg) who I will have tune it once the full a6 program comes out.

The concensus is a good tune up is the same?
