I had one and it was very stiff and got tiring. A certain long island tuner installed one on my 2001 when I asked for a B&M ripper. Stupid me for not saying anything at the time. I was also charged 239 plus sales tax, plus SHIPPING!!, plus 1 hr labor for the install. Then I took it off myself to install the ripper....lol

In the beginning it is tight but loosens up a bit once broke in.
It is a real man's shifter and I have not lost a shift since using it where the stock one sucked during high RPM speed shifts like from 2nd to 3rd.
